Why we publish prices
Because the price is not the hard part. Buying water treatment in Miami should not take two hours on your couch.
What we do
We install whole-home water systems: a catalytic carbon filter for the chloramine, a salt softener for the hardness, and under-sink reverse osmosis when you want better drinking water. The equipment is professional grade, built on Clack and Fleck control valves, and bought from US Water Systems, which manufactures in Indiana and Florida. It is the same class of equipment the national brands install.
Who does the work
Licensed Florida plumbers, subcontracted per job. We check the license and the insurance certificate before anyone goes to your house, and we track the expiry dates so they never lapse. The license number is printed on your quote and on your warranty certificate.
Why the price is on the website
The big brands sell through a home visit because the visit is where the price gets negotiated. That model adds thousands of dollars that have nothing to do with the tanks in your garage. We would rather publish the number, install the same equipment, and spend the saved hours on the installs themselves.
The equipment, specifically
Clack WS1 control valves with full 1" ports and metered regeneration. Ten percent cross-linked resin, which lasts substantially longer than standard eight percent resin in chlorinated municipal water. Catalytic carbon rather than standard activated carbon, because Miami-Dade uses chloramine. Every part is available at any plumbing supply house in Florida.
What we don't do
- We don't sell magnetic "conditioners." A magnet does not soften water.
- We don't do a two-hour in-home presentation.
- We don't use proprietary valves that lock you into us for service.
- We don't require a service contract.
- We don't claim certifications, ratings or review counts we haven't earned.
