[This is a working draft. Review with an attorney before launch.]
What the price covers
The published price covers the equipment listed, installation by a licensed Florida plumber, a bypass valve, haul-away of your old unit, a water test before and after, and a check-up one year later. It assumes a single-family home with an accessible main line and an existing drain and outlet within the included footage.
Quotes
A quote is valid until the date printed on it. We confirm the final price after reviewing your photos or a short video. If your home needs work beyond what the package covers, such as permits, moving the main line, or electrical, we quote it separately before scheduling, and you can walk away at no cost.
Payment
A deposit is due to schedule the install and the balance when the work is done. We take card, bank transfer, Zelle, cash and check. Deposits are refundable until the equipment is ordered for your job.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty on the tanks and the resin or media. Ten years on the control valve. One year on labor. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in normal residential use with the maintenance stated on your certificate. It does not cover damage from freezing, pressure above the equipment's rating, or a system that was modified by someone else.
Maintenance
Your system needs salt in the brine tank and periodic filter changes. We remind you when they are due. Skipping maintenance for a long period can void the warranty on the affected part.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Tell us at least 24 hours before your window and we reschedule at no charge. If nobody is home when the plumber arrives we may charge a trip fee.
Limits
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the job. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing conditions we did not create, though we will tell you if we find one.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, and any dispute is heard in Miami-Dade County.
