What we collect
When you submit the form we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, ZIP code, details about your home, any photos you send, and which pages you looked at on this site. If you call or message us we keep that conversation. If you become a customer we keep the job records, water test readings, invoices and payment records.
What we use it for
To quote your job, schedule it, do the work, invoice you, honor your warranty and remind you when filters are due. We also use aggregate numbers to understand which ads work.
Text messages and WhatsApp
By checking the consent box you agree to receive calls, texts and WhatsApp messages from us about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages; we honor it immediately and permanently unless you write back START. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
Who else sees it
The licensed plumber assigned to your job sees your name, address, phone and what we are installing. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Twilio for messaging, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Railway for hosting, Cloudflare for spam protection. We do not sell your information.
Advertising
We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. When you submit the form we send Meta a hashed version of your email and phone so they can attribute the conversion; they receive the hash, not the plain value. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your Meta and Google account settings.
How long we keep it
Customer records for as long as your warranty runs plus the period Florida law requires for business records. Leads that never became customers: three years, then deleted.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email below and we will respond within 30 days. We keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
