Reverse osmosis for condos and apartments
You can't change the plumbing for the whole building. You can change the water at your kitchen sink.
$695installed
What it removes
A five-stage system: sediment, two carbon stages, a 50 GPD membrane and a post-carbon polish. The membrane is the part that matters, and it reduces dissolved solids, lead, fluoride and PFAS according to its specification, plus the sodium a building softener adds.
Will it fit under my sink?
Almost always. The unit and its 3.2-gallon tank take about the space of a small trash can. We install a dedicated faucet next to your existing one, which usually goes in the soap dispenser hole so no new hole is drilled in your counter.
Do I need HOA approval?
Normally not, because nothing changes outside your unit and nothing is visible from a common area. We do not touch the building's main line. If your association asks, we give you the equipment specification and the plumber's license number.
How long does it take?
About an hour. We shut off the cold water under your sink, mount the unit, run the drain saddle, install the faucet, flush the system and test the water in front of you.
What it costs to keep
Filters once a year, membrane every two to three years. We text you when they're due and you book it in one tap. No contract.
I rent. Is it worth it?
Yes, and it comes with you. The unit unmounts in about twenty minutes and the faucet hole is the only trace, which most landlords accept. Tell us when you book and we install it so it comes out clean.
